There are several, generally mindfulness techniques assist you to be present in the moment while bringing your awareness to your current perspectives, automatic reactions, sensations and feelings in your body. Mindfulness is a wonderful tool that can empower you to connect more deeply with yourself.

CBT is a type of therapy that greatly assists with in-the-moment symptom reduction through heightened awareness of distorted thinking patterns & daily triggers followed with an  implementation of consistent commitment to healthier thinking and interactions in daily living. CBT can promote positive behavioral changes thus improving how you feel.

This approach connects all parts your Self and restores the balance of  the mind, body and soul. IFS helps you to connect with each aspect of your personality-- evoking curiosity, compassion and understanding through mindfulness- based observation & awareness of your thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

DBT is another cognitive and behavioral therapy strategy that additionally utilizes mindfulness practices. It helps change and or eliminate extremely negative thinking patterns and self-harm behaviors that do not serve you. DBT promotes positive & balanced thinking & emphasizes behavioral changes. 

Psychodynamic therapy assists with interpreting and more deeply understanding your current thoughts, behaviors & beliefs rather than just modifying them. It helps understand where your present behavior may come from before trying to change it. All “interpretations” can change as you move toward healing. You are the expert on your experiences. Be flexible, open and curious with yourself.

Psychoeducation (PE) is organized and structured psychological information I will give you based on assessment of your current needs, allowing you to seek appropriate services to further assist with your symptom reduction and treatment efficacy. 

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible patients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. Therapy With Me takes on the psychotherapy portion of the experience, while Journey Clinical’s medical team supports you on all medical aspects.
