Therapy Fees & Payment INformation

If you are enrolled in the following insurance programs; United Health Care, Oxford Health, Oscar, Cigna or Aetna you may have "in-network" benefits for psychotherapy sessions.  To find out what your "in-network" benefits are, please go to Headway.co website and create a profile. Headway will let you know what your copay is per session. To do this headway will ask for your insurance information as well as a form of payment. Headway serves as a billing and insurance company that Therapy with me uses in order to work with clients' insurances.  Headway's service is free of charge. It is important that you secure your coverage before your session and upload your preferred method of payment. 

For all out of Network (OON) for PPO/POS insurance plans. You will need to call your insurance company to verify that your plan has OON benefits for virtual-mental health therapy through phone or video. Please contact the office to discuss fees- there are sliding scale options, however services may be covered in full or in part by your out-of-network health insurance.

If you have a deductible to meet with your insurance provider, you must meet your deductible first. You will pay for your sessions out of pocket until your deductible is met. Once you meet your deductible you will then receive partial reimbursement. The reimbursement amount depends on your insurance plan. It is your responsibility to submit to your insurance company in order to receive reimbursement for your sessions.

To submit to your insurance provider fill out the medical claim form provided by the insurance company and include a Superbill for your session. TWM will provide the Superbill after every session.

TWM requests that you secure payment for your session as soon as you schedule your virtual mental health therapy session. TWM accepts all major credit cards. TWM can not guarantee whether or not your insurance provider reimburses you for your sessions. Your insurance company can provide you with more details about your specific plan.
